Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to all countries within Europe from our EU facility. We do not currently accept orders for destinations outside Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to ship there, subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new destinations.

Order processing

Orders are picked and packed within 24 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after that, or at a weekend or Croatian public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

Our despatch desk operates Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 CET.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical transit times are:

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
• Expedited delivery: 1-2 business days, where available for your destination and selected at checkout

These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Customs inspection, carrier backlogs and severe weather can extend them.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders over €200. Orders under €200 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on destination. Expedited shipping, where offered, is charged separately and is not covered by the free-shipping threshold.

Packaging and cold chain

All peptides ship as lyophilised powder in sealed, sterile vials. Vials are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with the batch documentation for that lot.

Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. On arrival, transfer vials to storage at -20°C. Reconstituted solution should be held at 2-8°C and used within 14 days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking is also available from your account dashboard. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Customs, duties and import VAT

Shipments within the EU move freely and attract no additional duties. For European destinations outside the EU customs union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by your national authority. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

You are responsible for confirming that the compounds you order may lawfully be imported into your country for research use.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at research@symaxpeptides.com within 14 days of the dispatch date. Include your order number and, for damage, photographs of the outer packaging and the vials. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how these are resolved.
